Decarbonization, Environmental Sustainability

SAHF Releases the Carbon Roadmap

SAHF launches the Carbon Roadmap, a free tool to help multifamily portfolio owners and operators reduce carbon emissions in affordable housing. With the Roadmap, multifamily portfolio owners can test scenarios and create plans to understand better the impact of decarbonization strategies on portions of their portfolio. The Wells Fargo Foundation funds both the Roadmap and the Calculator.

New Toolkit for Measuring Outcomes in Affordable Housing

SAHF publishes a new toolkit detailing how affordable housing providers can measure and evaluate resident outcomes in ways that intentionally center equity and residents in the process.

National Affordable Housing Trust

A non-profit mission-focused Development Consultant and LIHTC Syndicator partnering with SAHF to promote positive resident outcomes through affordable housing investments.

NAHT is a joint venture of LIIF and SAHF.

We focus on national policies and programs that affect the lives of residents at our members' properties. We don't provide affordable housing. Our members provide 140,000+ affordable rental homes across the country.
